San Vincenzo combines the comforts of a modern town with the relaxed atmosphere of a seaside resort.
The village of San Vincenzo has very ancient origins that go back to the Etruscan-Roman period and still retains many traces of its glorious past. Examples are the numerous medieval towers built during the Pisan domination to protect the territory.
San Vincenzo offers beaches of light and very fine sand framed by a thick pine forest of Mediterranean scrub where paths for trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding are intertwined.
The pine forest is part of the Rimigliano Park , an uncontaminated green area that extends along the coast for a good 6 km. The territory of the reserve is frequented especially in the summer by tourists and vacationers looking for a cool shelter from the scorching afternoon sun.
This stretch of coast is bathed by clear water with a particular shade of blue which makes it even more suggestive. Snorkeling a few meters from the shore you can admire a wonderful seabed populated by colorful fish .
